phase one
the vision
This phase aligns your goals with a creative strategy. For a small $300 exploration fee, you’ll see the bigger vision begin to take shape.

It also allows me to assess the project’s complexity and provide an accurate final quote.

After our free initial consultation, your exploration package includes:

Vision Board (30+ Images)
Concept Sketches
Email Check-Ins
10-20 Page Stretigic Design Plan
Final Quote
phase two
alignment
If you’re happy with the design plan and want to move forward, I’ll send over the design agreement so we can get started.

This agreement outlines the scope, timeline, deliverables, and revisions, ensuring we’re fully aligned from the beginning.

Once it’s signed and the first 25% of the quote is received, we’ll start bringing your project to life!

If this isn’t the right fit, I completely understand — and I’m happy to help connect you with another designer who can meet your business goals.
phase three
Development
In this phase, I’ll present different design options for you to choose. The number of concepts is outlined in our agreement, giving you a clear range of directions to consider.

You’ll receive a private link to a dynamic design proposal, featuring images and mockups that show how each concept works in real life.

This allows you to see how the designs will look and feel in context, helping you make confident decisions about the direction we take.
phase four
refine & deliver
Before delivering your final design package, we’ll complete any necessary revisions, as outlined in the design agreement.

Your final package will include all deliverables and their essential file types for your project’s functionality.

You will also receive a guide explaining each file format and how to effectively use your new designs across your business.
