I was a creative advisor for two issues of Ponder Magazine. Collaborating with four other advisors of various disciplines, we worked together to mentor emerging journalists, photographers, and graphic designers through the production of each publication. In this role, I led the design team, facilitating large-group critique sessions for both issues and conducting one-on-one design meetings to guide junior designers through layout, typography, and overall publication structure. The images shown below are not my individual work, but the result of a collaborative project that I co-advised. During my time with Ponder, the magazine won three national wards and various regional awards.
