A Visual Response to the Overturning of Roe v. Wade
I wrote, designed, and published a book for my MFA thesis showcasing social-justice-based art and design. This work, sparked by the overturning of Roe v. Wade, uses 2D mixed media—graphic design, digital fabrication, and other processes—to abstract symbols into patterns exploring abortion, femininity, and bodily autonomy. My art reflects my personal beliefs and relationship with my body, advocating for freedom of choice. Full project available on Missouri State BearWorks.
